Decades: the Pinup Project

Back in 2006, we were contacted by Stephanie Giuffre from Art from Chaos. She was working on a fashion inspired event created to celebrate and bring a deeper understanding of how history has affected style/fashion through the decades. Isaac Rullo was invited to create classic pinup photography to highlight the relevant decades. We created the imagery as a modern-day take on vintage pinup styles. The photography served as both history lesson as well as overall adornment of the space. This project was presented at the inaugural event of the Meterroom as well as at the Lupec Event in celebration of the Blue Ruin Gallery.
